CO₂, CH₄ and N₂O measured continuously on a CEMS platform that also covers conventional pollutants.
Emission trading requires measurable, reportable and verifiable data. Continuous measurement of flue gas CO₂ provides a direct basis for reporting, and the same analyser can cover CH₄ and N₂O where those gases are relevant.
Output includes minute-level concentrations and hourly, daily and monthly mass totals.
| Measurement principle | FTIR-DOAS |
| Greenhouse gases | CO₂ · CH₄ · N₂O |
| Other gases on same analyser | SO₂ / NOx / CO / H₂O / O₂ |
| Output | Minute values plus hourly / daily / monthly totals |
| Certification | TÜV QAL1 · MCERTS |
Typical data from OPSIS product documentation; specifications depend on the application and are confirmed at quotation stage.
Which greenhouse gases can be measured?
CO₂, CH₄ and N₂O. The same analyser also measures SO₂, NOx, CO, H₂O and O₂ for normalisation.
Is the data suitable for carbon trading MRV?
The system provides minute-level concentration data and aggregated hourly, daily and monthly totals, which is the form required for measurement-based reporting and verification.
