Swedish equipment, international certification, Chinese project execution.
EPC contractors working outside China face the same four problems: equipment without the certification the owner requires, documentation that is not in English, no commissioning support on site, and schedules that cannot absorb delays.
Overseas owners usually ask for one of three certifications: TÜV QAL1 to EN 15267, MCERTS, or US EPA. OPSIS CEMS hold all three, together with CE conformity declarations and class-society approvals for marine systems. The documentation set includes CE declarations of conformity, QAL1 certificates, factory test reports, calibration traceability certificates and quality certificates, in Chinese and English.
Standard supply is 8–12 weeks FOB Sweden. Delivery milestones are agreed at bid stage, and urgent projects can be expedited. Commissioning and training on site typically take five to seven working days.
We are an EPC contractor with a project in Southeast Asia. What can you do?
We prepare the English technical proposal and certification package for the owner review, supply the OPSIS equipment from Sweden, and send engineers or the local OPSIS partner to commission and train on site in English.
How does OPSIS equipment compare with Chinese CEMS?
Chinese CEMS usually hold CCEP only. Overseas owners commonly require TÜV QAL1 to EN 15267, MCERTS or EPA, which OPSIS systems hold.
What is the delivery time?
8–12 weeks FOB Sweden as standard. Milestones are fixed at bid stage and urgent projects can be expedited.
Is commissioning possible without travelling?
Remote support is available, and training can be given in China. For first installation, engineers normally attend site for five to seven working days.
Send the gases, ranges, duct or path dimensions and required certification — we will respond with a technical proposal.
